In the common micro residence, the standard spatial sequence combines the living space and the entrance foyer into the first unit, which connects to the bedroom, bathroom, and changing room. This project redefines lifestyle by composing a small place for longer stay with the presence and absence of the interior space and the unit boundaries.

Mist, Rocks, and Forest: Lucidity of Mountain Tea Farms -The spatial design of SUNRISE RE POT begins with square tubes that form a facade, extending to the ceiling and then to the vista of a stone wall. A special flexible gauze is stretched to enclose the warmth of the space while maintaining translucence, as if surrounding with the endless mountain mist. The solid wood tea table and tea counter of the center island and the dark limestone tea cabinet carry the rhythms of tea-tasting through which visitors can appreciate the tea on display and experience the cadence of nature.

Sweet Aftertaste in a Micro City - Seeing Park Lane by Splendor as a micro city, SUNRISE RE POT become one of the blocks through which people’s sights and bodies pass. On the side where the main traffic circulation of the mall passes SUNRISE RE POT, a bar is placed as street furniture, which diverts the circulation and create new experiences with fleeting visitors.
